I agree and I am honoured as the part of the fee  paid by me to Makler.ge LLC in ammount of 30% will be used for charitable purposes to help the Ukrainian people affected by the aggression and hostilities of the Russian Federation;

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation invaded the territory of Ukraine and began hostilities; By doing so, the Russian Federation has rejected and violated the principles of international law, the United Nations Charter, and endangered European and global security and stability;

It should also be noted that the Georgian people do not forget that the Russian Federation has occupied the territory of Georgia: the regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali;

Due to these circumstances, the international economic sanctions of the Russian Federation encouraged the migration of citizens of the occupier country to various countries around the world, including Georgia;

The response of the Georgian people, including our company - Makler.ge - is unanimous, condemns the Russian occupation and at this stage expresses solidarity with the Ukrainian people; For this purpose, Makler.ge came up with an initiative to get the signature of all interested persons on the anti-occupation and Russian aggression manifest as a precondition for its services;

By signing the manifest, the person wishing to receive the services of Makler.ge also agrees that part of the commission paid by him/her will be directed to help the Ukrainian people for charitable purposes affected by the aggression and hostilities of the Russian Federation; With this step, Makler.ge encourages the citizens of the Russian Federation to take part in its actions to help the people affected by her/his country; At the same time, our company is ready to provide services to the citizens of a law-abiding, albeit occupier country, in case of condemnation of aggression and war;

Makler.ge has already transferred a part of the income received in this way to the Ukrainian people, the updated documents of which can be found on the website;

The reason for the initiative is the following:

The vast majority of developed countries, including the Council of the European Union, have agreed and confirmed the violation of the norms and principles of international law by the Russian Federation;

According to Article 2 of the Law of Georgia on the Occupied Territories, the territories of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia and the Tskhinvali region (territories of the former South Ossetian Autonomous District) are occupied by the Russian Federation;

The Constitution of Georgia and normative acts of Georgia are valid on the entire territory of Georgia and are binding for everyone. A foreign citizen who is on the territory of Georgia is obliged to obey the supreme law of Georgia and other legislative acts; A person who does not share reservations recognized by the law of Georgia and contradicts it, violates the law in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;

Having regard to the Constitution of Georgia, the domestic legal framework, including the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Personal Data and the Principles of International Acts, we consider national interests and the anti-occupation movement to take precedence over economic benefits:

We considered it expedient to develop the relevant internal organizational policy of the company in order to immortalize the memory of the sacrificed innocent population in Georgia's territorial integrity, independence, heroes killed in the 2008 war in Georgia and the ongoing hostilities in Ukraine;

The Company reserves the right not to provide services to persons violating constitutional and legislative principles; At the same time, after signing the above-mentioned document, a part of the money received from the citizens of the occupier country and its allied countries will be donated to the Ukrainian people for charity, thus expressing its support for the brotherly nation;
